- CEMENT SALES IN 2010 TO REACH 40.7 MLN TONNES
The chairman of the Indonesia’s Cement Association, Urip Timuryono said sales in 2010 have reached 40.7 million tonnes, exceeded the association earlier target of 40 million tonnes. The association expects 2011 sales to increase 6-8 percent at 43.1-44 million tonnes. (Investor Daily p.7)

- INDO TAMBANG TO SPEND $110 MLN FOR 2011 CAPEX

Mining company PT Indo Tambangraya Megah will spend $110 million on capital expenditure in 2011, up 8.9 percent from $101 million last year, that will mostly be used to boost coal production said Roslini Onwardi, the company’s corporate secretary, adding that it expects this year’s coal production to reach 24-25 million tonnes, up from 22-23 million tonnes in 2010. The company sees 2011 revenues to reach $2.115 billion rupiah. (Investor Daily p.13)

- DUTA GRAHA EXPECTS 2011 NEW CONTRACT TO REACH 2.4 TRLN RPH
Construction company PT Duta Graha Indah sees 2011 new contract that will mostly come from the government to reach 2.4 trillion rupiah, up 20 percent from last year, said Dudung Purwadi, the company’s president director, adding that the new contract include a project in Timor Leste to build bridge worth $17 million. - CHAMPION PACIFIC SEES 2011 REVENUE UP 10 PCT AT 594 BLN RPH
Packaging manufacturer PT Champion Pacific Indonesia expects 2011 revenue to reach 594 billion rupiah, up 10 percent from 2010 forecast revenue of 540 billion rupiah, said Berry Karlis, the company’s finance director, adding that the firm will spend 270 billion rupiah on capital expenditure this year that will mostly be used to buy new machine worth 200 billion rupiah.
