The Indonesia Today Sigmantara to Sell Alfamart for Rp1.04 Trillion

Alfamart founder Djoko Susanto will sell 343.17 million shares of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) and targets to raise proceeds of between Rp926.56 billion to Rp1.04 trillion, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.
Djoko bought 777.79 million AMRT shares, representing 22.66% of the enlarged capital, in early December, 2010 at a price of Rp1,525. That AMRT shares were previously owned by Argo Volantis Pte Ltd, a vehicle company controlled by Northstar.

One source said Djoko, through PT Sigmantara Alfindo, had last night offered AMRT shares at price of between Rp2,700 to Rp3,025.
