Adaro Energy: Buy; Rp2,350; TP Rp2,850; ADRO IJ To distribute Rp21.3/share final dividend - DBS Vickers

Adaro Energy (ADRO) plans to pay final dividend of Rp681.4b (US$77m) or Rp21.3/share yielding 0.9%, subject to AGM approval. Full year dividend of Rp31.15/share represented 45% payout ratio or net yield of 1.3%. Interim dividend of Rp9.85/share was paid in December last year. The net yield is below our estimates due to lower than expected FY10 net profit.

We reiterate our Buy call for ADRO with TP of Rp2,850/share based on blended valuation of 17x FY11F PE and 4.5x P/BV. At current price, the stock trades at an attractive 14x FY11F PE backed by 57% earnings growth per year between FY10-13F. We like Adaro for its strong project execution and solid production growth track record backed by a large reserves balance.
