AALI 4 months production - DBS Vickers

Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) reported that it produced 377,239 MT of CPO in Jan-Apr 11 - a 27.5% increase over the same period last year. This was driven by 22% higher harvested FFB of 1.39 million MT. It also reported 22.4% growth of palm kernel (PK) to 78,251 MT. Kalimantan estates output recorded the highest growth of 33.7% to 542,186 MT, while output from Sumatra and Sulawesi estates rose by 18.9% and 9.2% to 581,389 MT and 273,748 MT, respectively. CPO extraction rate declined slightly by 119 bps to 22.54%. The higher growth rates represent a low base in 4M10.

For the full year, we expect the group's FY11 own FFB output to grow by 6% to 3,538k MT, while CPO production should also grow by 6%to 1,183k MT.

Maintain Buy for 20% upside to Rp28,100 TP.
