Adaro's Exploration Costs $255,729 in February - The Indonesia Today

State miner PT Bukit Asam appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as consultant for acquiring a coal mine in Kalimantan, expected to complete in near time.
“If the three shareholders which owned the mine agree with our proposed scheme, the acquisition can be done in short time, even this week,” President Director Sukrisno saying as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia.

Sukrisno said the mine is still under green field stage, but some infrastructure established may be developed.

If the acquisition completes, the company expects 1 million tons targeted as the first phase of production stage. “Previously, PwC had also helped us to acquire coal mines,” Sukrisno said.

The company allocates Rp1.8 trillion for this year, mainly to fund up operational activities and acquisitions.
