United Tractors' Own Coal Output Down 15% - The Indonesia Today

PMM (formerly DEJ) and TTA mines, controlled by United Tractors (UNTR), produced 353,000 tons of coal last month, dropped 15% from June 2011 due to substantial decline of output at Tuah Turangga Agung (TTA) mine.

According to monthly statistics of United Tractors, PMM mine produced 310,000 tons of coal last month, substantially higher than June 2011 (288,000 tons) or July 2011 (219,000 tons).

But TTA mine saw its output slashed 66% from 127,000 tons in June to 43,000 tons last month.

Still, UNTR's own coal production surged 70.6% from 1.5 million tons in January-July 2010 to 2.56 million tons in the same period this year.
