INDO MIDDAY - JCI -1.77%; VOLS USD 262.5M

- The market succumbed to profit taking, which was not a large surprise given last week's record high close and regional performances. Volumes still slowing down a bit as well as foreign investors, aside from taking some money off their tables, are relatively quiet as well.
- BIG CAPS: banking and consumer names all lower on light volumes.
- ASII: down 3.4%. Selling not such a big surprise as it was one of the stocks that closed at a record high last week. Again, volumes really light.
- RESOURCES: miners and plantation names all lower as well.
- INDF: down 5.3%. It's 70% owned sub IFAR SP also down 13.2%. IFAR priced the IPO of subsidiary Salim Ivomas at 1100 last Friday, the lower end of the 1060-1700 range.
- BULL: up 7.7%. Gains recorded after a supposedly more than 6X subscription rate. Parent BLTA down 8.3% though as it already gained ahead of the BULL listing, buy the rumor, sell the news.
- BAKRIE: One of the beneficiaries of last week's bull-run were all the Bakrie owned names. Not a surprise that all these names were amont the biggest losers today.
- RUPIAH: Weaker in line w/ general USD strength; traded around 8575 levels.
