The Indonesia Today Bayan Supplies 13.36 Million MT of Coal to TP Utilities


PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) said it had in Jan. 28, 2011 signed coal sale and purchase agreement with TP Utilities Pte Ltd (PTU).
Based on the agreement, Bayan will supply 13.36 million MT -/+ 10% coal to TPU Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex owned by TPU.

The coal sale and purchase agreement will run for 15 years since 2012.

TPU is a subsidiary of Singapore-based power plant Tuas Power Ltd. TPU owns TPU Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, now under construction, a complex with integrated facility for industry located in Tembusu, Jurong Island.
